Are the courses really free?

Does the certificate count as a training record for an audit?
The certificate contains name, course, date, result, the full list of topics and a number that can be verified online. For workplace safety trainings it covers the general part; the site-specific instruction at your workplace is still required (§ 12 ArbSchG).
